Biography

Kaplan Legal Services is based in Atlanta, GA and lead by Attorney Bryan Kaplan. Bryan knows what it takes to protect his clients in business disputes in Georgia and Alabama.  

Bryan’s legal experience is developed from a broad array of clients in such industries as advertising, agriculture, commercial banking, construction, distribution and wholesale, freight & transportation, commercial real estate (leasing/enforcement), professional services (accounting, legal, engineers & architects), foreclosures on personal and real property, insurance premium & audit, technology, trade secrets (non-compete, non-solicit, non-recruit, and trade secret agreements), registration/domestication of foreign judgments, staffing services, and shareholder and partnership agreements. Not only does Bryan handle commercial and creditor’s rights litigation, but he routinely enforces judgments through garnishment, post-judgment discovery and motion practice. Aside from breach of contract/open account claims and business torts, Bryan frequently called assists clients in the resolution of bankruptcy disputes including fraudulent transfers, preferences, 341 hearings, proofs of claim, rejection damage claims, and administrative claims.
